Customer Gateway
icon: AiCustomerGateway A customer gateway device is a physical or software appliance on your side of a Site-to-Site VPN connection. You or your network administrator must configure the device to work with the Site-to-Site VPN connection.
You can enable access to your remote network from your VPC by creating an AWS Site-to-Site VPN (Site-to-Site VPN) connection, and configuring routing to pass traffic through the connection.
Not to be confused with virtual private gateway, which is the counterpart that lives on the AWS side
